When: January 5th/12th, 2020 4-6 pm & January 29th/February 2nd, 2020 6-8 pm

Explosive Performance

When: 2 months/ 2x per week from 6 - 7pm on Monday and Wednesday. This is a tentative schedule based on the program interest level. The program needs a minimum of 10 participants
