Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League teams:  (Spring 2010)

• League based teams that practice two or three times per week with competitive games on Sundays and occasionally on Saturday.  The age groups are:
  • U-15 - Birth year '95 and '96
  • U-13 - Birth year '97 and '98
  • U-11 - Birth year '99 and 2000
  • U-9 -   Birth year 2001 and later
• In each age group, there are two levels of play, A & B
  • A is for advanced players and B is for beginner and intermediate players
  • MBYL is planning to run girls teams for Spring 2010 as follows:
     
  • U15B
  • U13A, U13B
  • U11B
  • U9 - instructional
