MBYL runs the following spring programs (Spring 2010) 

Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League teams:

• League based teams that practice two or three times per week with competitive games on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays.  The age groups are:
  • U-15 - Birth year '95 and '96
  • U-13 - Birth year '97 and '98
  • U-11 - Birth year '99 and 2000
  • U-9 -   Birth year 2001 and later
• In each age group, there are three levels of play.
  • U-15, U-13 & U11 - play at A, B, and C levels where A is for advanced players, B is for intermediate players, and C is for beginners 
  • U-9 - play at an instructional level only.
